    On March 1st 1969, the care center “ Núcleo Assistencial Caminhos para Jesus” started its work. In the beginning, they delivered soup for homeless people.

In 1972, the care center bought its own headquarter in the Floramar neighbourhood to help the disabled children as well as the old ones.

    Nowadays the care center is a benefitial association which helps a lot of poor people.
